I'm actually looking for 2 people to sublease. The friend & I that had originally signed the lease decided that we're going our seperate ways (I'm moving to California she might be going to ISU). It's a great place. It's very clean. The bedrooms are fairly big, bigger than I expected them to be. The kitchen is very nice and there is a washer & dryer in the lowest level. The landlords are great! I know for sure that cats are allowed.
