We are looking to rent out our spacious spare bedroom and full bathroom in our townhouse condo in Waukesha, WI. We are an engaged couple (28 & 30), both working professionals with 8-5 jobs. We are looking for a CLEAN, responsible, quiet individual to rent from us for 4-6 months, possibly longer if things are working out well. We would like to rent from someone who will not be around much during the day, hopefully someone who has a full time job or is a busy full time student.
