I'm living with my mom right now due to some circumstances beyond my control, and need a place asap. Prefer private bath, not necessary though. I have a frog that MUST come with me, a dog that I'd like to bring, but not necessary. I like to cook, so a decent kitchen is a plus. fireplace also a plus, but not a necessity. I'm not a big partier, but do have people over from time to time and do enjoy going out.
