I've just recently bought this house, and I am waiting on the closing, which is why the room isn't available until May. By this time, I will have moved in my washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, and all house furniture/necessities. I have already purchased all of these items, I am just waiting on closing before moving all the items into the house. I will also be re-siding the house very soon, and already have plans with someone to do the job.
