I am moving to Boston (actually about 45 mins from bos due to price) from Florida in early January. I already have a place secured because I live in an apt complex now who has a program that if you move to another state they will transfer you to another property under their ownership for no fees other than a security deposit, even if you're leaving the original place before the lease is up. So, I know where the place is, I just have not decided on what model yet because I need to find a roommate
