Nice neighborhood, near shopping and restaurants. I just put a roof on my house and am opening my spare room for help pay for it, I am hoping to hear from a handyman- military or Grandpa kind of guy, and if you are willing to change an ac filter and weedwack, I can lower the rent. 3 dogs, 2 birds, and one Grandchild overnight Saturday to Sunday.
