I have an apartment lined up for December/January. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at the arbors condominiums. There is a patio, full kitchen (w/pantry), and right next to route 10 bus stop. You would be getting the second bedroom with a walk in closet and detached bathroom. Deposit is $600 + first months rent so $1,200. Utilities included are water. All other utilities will be spilt. I’m a quiet and clean person but also can be social when I want to, I have 2 dogs so no more pets.
