I have found a great 3 bed/1 bath apartment in the tree streets area of Johnson City. It is a short walk to the downtown area and less than a 5 minute drive to ETSU. The $292 includes water, trash, and sewage--electric is separate and would simply be split down the middle. There is currently no washer or dryer. There is private parking, private entrance, full size fridge, stove, and backyard area. I am starting ETSU's 3 yr MFA program this fall semester. I am amiable, altruistic, and easygoing.
