I just need a small place. Have 2 well-behaved cats who get along well and consistently use their litter box. Also have a 59' high-definition flat screen TV I can bring into the shared living space. Would rather not live with someone very young, but a mature 30ish or 40ish is okay. Just need to keep expenses to a minimum if possible.
