I own a 3 bedroom split level on a deadend street in a family oriented neighborhood. The room itself is medium sized, so I am willing to share the extra room (office) as well. There is plenty of storage space in the basement. There is also a nice yard great for entertaining friends, as well as a firepit. Your rent includes all utilities, however, blatant waste will be charged to you (ie if you keep the window open during the winter). If you have any questions feel free to let me know.
