i live in a 3 bedroom apartment with my 1 yr old angelic son (i swear...very good buy)...moderate/small bathroom, pantry/kitchen, common area...and of course depending on our confort level you are always welcome anywhere in the house!! parking out back so ur car is safe...im right in the RIPTA line...close to mall downtown and prov. Def a prime location. Yard...eh..not really a play palace...but we got plenty to do uop here at home. we have the entire 3rd floor. other tenants have half out size
