I am looking for someone to share the home with the intent of the person committing to at least 6 months, preferably longer (1 year). I am not against the roommate having guests, but overnight guests need to be limited or the rental cost will be increased to accommodate extra usage of utilities. There is one dog and one cat in the home. I am not willing to have any more pets aside from what I have already. The room will is available to rent now. Please, serious inquiries only.
