im a swm wanting to move to the nashville area asap. im looking for a furnished bedroom with atleast a bed. im looking for a place as close to downtown as possible as i wont have a vehicle when i arrive. i dont need to see the place to move in so long as its decent and a good price. im looking for basic utilities to be included in the rent. i would like a month to month rent agreement.
