I'd like to rent 1-2 rooms (one would be used as an office). I am looking for a peaceful place that has a zero tolerance policy for drama. I need a place that is cat friendly (2 females/indoor only/spayed/well-mannered) and preferably where there are no dogs. I am willing to pay a pet deposit, and/or pet rent, also. I am quiet and easy going. I do smoke but only outside. I do not drink. I am a college graduate, and I prefer to work from home. Feel free to ask questions.
