I'm clean and pretty quiet, though I do have friends that are over 1-3 times a week. Don't make much of a mess and pretty easy going. I am looking for a roommate much like myself. I can tolerate a lot from people, all I would ask is that my stuff not get broken and for the rent to be paid on time. I do have a cat and 2 guinea pigs.
