House is actually in Vansant, but only 6 minutes from Appalachian School of Law. 3 Bedroom, but using 1 as a study. Very nice inside, and VERY spacious- hardwood floors, 2 entrances, basement, attic, 2 bath, front porch, washer/dryer included, huge living room and kitchen, and conveniently across the street from grocery store.
