Looking for someone to lease a 2 bed 2.5 bath 2 story townhouse with me and my wonderful dog Odin. It is a nice neighborhood, yard work, trash and sewer included. Utilities uch as internet electric Nd water will be split down the middle. It has a back covered patio and small yard fenced in and outside storage. This place also has an area to store recreational vehicles like boats. I will be storing mine there as well. I have not yet moved into this residence. But my application is in. It is very nice and located 10 minutes from stone bay, 5 minutes from the back gate of Camp Lejeune and 5 minutes from the grocery store, some bars, autoshops, coffee shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is pretty quiet it seems like. With a good amount of other military members in the other townhouses.
