I am renting a house and have one room for rent in a quite neighborhood. Room for rent has working ceiling fan and decent size closet with built-in shelves for movies, books or shoes and some storage space. Room does not come with a bed (but I might be able to get one if needed), but there is a chair, lamp and dresser. My ideal roommate is female, around my age, doesn't drink, smoke, do drugs, party hard or have kids (the house I live in is not child proof). Background check will be required.
