I am looking for a quiet location that I can use as transition to a new position at a "Think Tank" job in the district. I am married but my wife will stay in Atlanta. I will need the room for at least 4 and possibly 8 months as I look for a sailing vessel to buy and live aboard. I would be the best tenant anyone ever had the opportunity to rent to.
