Disabled man, 60-something musician, needing a roommate urgently to share rent with. We're in a duplex with a big fenced front yard, where your pets can roam like mine do. Kitchen, bath, all the usuals stuff. As I said, I'm disabled and my pace is slow. My housekeeping skills suffer, but I am no slob lol. The are a few considerations that you will need to be aware of concerning my health and routine, nothing of which is too intolerable IMO. We will be paying for rent, water, garbage, and power. And cable TV. Will discuss in more detail when you decide to meet with me! Inflation sucks! You need to be working or guarantee some way to deliver rent before it's due. A small deposit required.
