You would have your own bedroom and your own full bathroom with shared use of all of the common space (Living room, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, garage, backyard, small porch, and BBQ). The townhome is pretty new and in good shape. Has washer/dryer in the house, AC, and off-street parking. About 5 or 6 blocks to the beach. 2 blocks from train station.
