I am a full time graduate student, and I graduate in April. I was supposed to have a roommate but, she ended up not being about to move in. I am looking for someone to rent out one of the bed rooms. There are two open bedrooms, so the other bed room could be a possible second living area. The town home is very nice. It is 1800sq feet and built in 2007. It has all hardwood floors on the main level and carpet up stairs. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
