We have an empty room for rent. Smoking is allowed inside apartment. We have a dog, a cat, and an iguana. Big yard with a picnic table. The whole apartment is already furnished besides the open room. It's me and my girlfriend living here so roommate can be any gender. We are usually clean and tidy. We also allow a couple to move in if they want. We are only about 10 blocks from SCSU and there is a bus stop right outside our complex.
