It is a beautiful 2 story townhouse. The three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. Downstairs features a large kitchen and living room, half bath, screened in porch and storage. Washer and drier hookups, and washer drier rental would be 10 a month per person. The phone, cable, and internet would be $50 per person each month. The only other bill would be electric. There are several pools and hottubs on the property. We have a room reserved and the deposit is already taken care of.
