Its a cute little house on a main street. The room you would have is connected to another room, but has a door that seperates the two. You would share a decent size closet with my roommate. We do not have a dryer right now, but are working on that. We do have a clothes line that we use during the summer. The yard is HUGE!! It even has an outside bbq pit. I do have a dog, but we do not care to have more there. We have a decent size porch. Also, we have turned the dinning room into an office room.
