Property is in Bayside Village mobile Park off Coast Hwy and Baside Dr., backs up to Newport Dunes, Back Bay. Parking is on the street, 2 dogs already on property, max. Nice bedroom with fireplace, bath on hallway to share w/guests and occasionall use of the tub. Really nice patio, pool, laudry, rec room, etc. on grounds. Must be considerate and conscientious. Room for just things for bedroom. The rest of the space I need because I am scaling down, but full use of property as any roomate.
