The base rent is roughly 450. Water is attached to the rent which makes it right at 550 max but it really matters on how much water is used for the month. Also, the electric bill is roughly 30 bucks as well. Overall, Bavarian Village is in a great location and the staff is great and will fix your problems in a timely matter. I am moving out and the couple that live here are a great couple. I will attach a photo of them.
