Home is located a short five miles from Wayne Community College in a nice rural area. The room is located on the opposite side of the house from all of the other bedrooms with a semi-private entrance affording tenant plenty of privacy. We are respectful and fairly quiet people looking for the same in our renter. Rent includes one space in the garage with remote opener, shared use of finished attic for storage, and use of the kitchen, dining and laundry facilities.
