Nice and quiet neighborhood, and less than 5min walk to 71 st ave station & even LIRR. Closed to every shopping, restaurant, library and theater. The room has 3large windows, 2 closets, 1 AC and heating. Need to pay one month rent + one month security deposit. Heating, electricity and internet included. However, you may need to pay little bit more in summer time
