Looking to rent my second bedroom. It is about 12x13 feet in size. The building is a converted house into a duplex and we have the bottom level. I do have a medium sized boxer puppy named King. He will most likely be outside more than inside once I get his heated doghouse. He is about 10 months old and potty trained. I am hoping to get my own house in the next 6 months and will probably have a roomie there as well. So, keep this in mind. Gender of renter doesn't matter.
