My husband and I are a younger couple who just bought a home, and there is more space than we need for the two of us! We have a room that is available that is currently furnished, but we could easily remove the furnishings if you wanted to bring your own. You would have a private bathroom, and full size fridge. The kitchen, living & dining room, and washer & dryer would be shared, but since my husband works full-time and I work full-time and go to school, we aren't around the house much.
