My condo is in a very nice part of town. It is a quiet, beautiful neighbor that has a guard shack at the front so only residents can enter. The room is a regular sized bedroom and you have your own bathroom. Full kitchen, tiled kitchen and bathrooms. Feel free to make the room your own. It has hunter green walls but if you want another color I am a painter so it is negotiable to paint it another color.
