I am looking for a room for my girlfriend and myself for a short period of time (2-3 months, she is leaving for the Border Patrol Academy or OC Sheriff's Academy), then it would be just me. 6-12 month lease would be perfect. I am previous military (and therefore super neat...haha) and am now working at a distribution company in Foothill Ranch.
