I live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with my 8 year old son. I have an extra bedroom and would love a roommate. There is a fenced in backyard and pets are welcome. I have 2 cats. My rent is $1100 a month and I would prefer to split it with someone. Utilities usually run around $160 and again, I would want to split it. I work a lot so I'm rarely home.
