I live in a 2 bedroom condo. One room is available. I’m looking for a female roommate for a year or two while I save up money. Downside is that the bathroom would need to be shared and the kitchen is small. About 1000 square feet for the entire unit. I am a quiet living person and would prefer the same in a roommate.... no overnight guests or large gatherings. I have 2 cats that are very nosy and inquisitive. You’d need to like cats to move in.
