I have a townhouse in Stone Ridge, VA, which is about 5 miles west on route 50 from Chantilly, Va. The community is all brand new with two pools, a workout room, coffee bar and several walking/running/biking trails. The room I have for rent is about 12x14 with your own bathroom. The kitchen, laundry, living room, deck and backyard would all be shared with me and my dog. I am asking $650 plus half of the utilities. I am really hoping to find a roommate I click with.
