I am looking for a place for me and my 7 year old dog. He is a friendly, house broken, smart mixed breed, about 35 lbs. I am 26, work a lot, smile a lot, like to cook, like to have clean common areas, prefer to have open communication than passive aggressive antics concerning household issues. I am new to California from Washington DC and have really enjoyed living in the Bay Area these last six months. Looking to live in a house with fabulous people!
