Good size BR upstairs in a small house in strafford. Right off of Bow lake. I have been living here since june. There are 3 BR in the house. My 2 boys will be around every other weekend typically so the house will be pretty quiet. There is a nice porch for grilling, nice yard with firepit. Plenty of woods around for privacy, plenty of parking and it's a 2 min walk to bow lake, 1 min drive. 1 full bathroom downstairs. I'm 38 y.o. male physical therapist, like the outdoors. Home at night only
