The apartment is very spacious. My boyfriend and i are just wanting to rent the extra bedroom out because our roommate is no longer going to be staying with us and we need the extra money. the lights,cable,phone,internet,and groceries* are all included in the 300 rent. *unless you want something other than what i cook. i have a dinner ready each evening when mike gets in from work.
