I am 23 year old student living in one of my parents rehab properties. I rehabed it and still have other small projects to do but nothing to crazy that I know of. Most of my friends are poor college students and either can't or won't move away from mommy and daddy. I have had a few roommates that had no car, destroyed the rooms so more repairs had to be made and were all around just dirty. So me and my two rotties are holding down the split level. Looking for roommates to cut living costs.
