Master bedroom (my room) is downstairs. First floor is very open. You have options as to what you can do, and this is all included in the monthly rent. I currently have a FROG that is not being used and a guest room (obvisously used for guests). I can move the furniture to my office and you would be able to use the guest room as a bedroom and then set up the FROG as an additional living/office area if you wanted to. There is a full bath on the upstairs level.
