Hello, I own a 3 bedroom 1 bath single story home about 1100 sqft. Looking to rent out a room. No deposit necessary but first month must be paid on day 1. I do own 2 dogs. One is a Beagle and very easy to get along with. The other is a German Shepherd. The Shepherd is very shy and may take a few days to get comfortable, but I promise she really is a sweet heart who ends up loving everyone. She just has to get to know you. If you're a dog person it shouldn't be a problem.
