I'm starting as a grad student in Fall 2012, and have a female Boxer. I have a ton of furniture in storage from my townhouse I sold in FL, so the rental unit does not have to be furnished. If it is, that's fine too. I work full-time 8:30-4:30 MF, and will have classes a couple days a week in the evening. Other than that, I like to go to concerts, grill out, tailgate for football games, and I read a lot. Not a lot of choice for an MSW major :0).
