Bascially, I am looking for a quiet, non intrusive male or female. I need to have reasonable utility costs and rent. I am pursuing my Masters at Tulane University in Social Work. My preference is for a fairly well adjusted, upfront and honest person who has some common sense and decent boundaries (ie I will not intrude on your life unless asked and I expect the same.) No mentally unbalanced persons please... that is what I live with now, and it is most unpleasant. I have a great dog as well.
