Hello! I'm a currently looking for two roommates (one male/one female). My bother and I are moving into a house beginning this summer and are looking for people to fill the other two bedrooms in the 4 bed/2 bath house. The house is located on Gibbon St. three blocks from the STEM building. The lease goes from August 2018-July 2019. If you need to rent this current (2018) summer you can rent month by month. There is a $500 damage deposit, and rent is $525 which includes utilities and wifi.
