I have a huge private upstairs room with carpet, a private bath and walk-in closest and 1 space for in garage parking with remote door opener for $1500 all bills paid (except for WIFI and cable TV) There will be 2 single divorced men living there and we need one more roommate. I have my kids on weekends but we are outside on nice days.
