I'm an apprentice electrician in Tri-cities, trying to get established here. I have an 8 yr. old daughter, so would like to either rent a larger home with a single woman or couple, or rent two rooms in a pre-existing home. We are pretty quiet most the time... We are fairly social and like to host smaller get togethers at times, but prefer a quieter home. I'm looking for an open-minded household to last 6 months to a year until we find a house of our own.
