I will be purchasing a 3 bedroom townhouse in Grimes (off of 54th by the golf dome) and wanted to get a read on interested renters in the area. I should be out there mid-August and will entertain MTM, 3 mo, 6 mo+ rent options. My ideal renter(s) are FUN, young professional (non-smokers, please) who won't mind my very sweet dog. Sorry, no other pets because of this. I work from home so I prefer someone who works FT or attends classes during the day. Exact rent price TBD b/c of garage.
