I have now lived here for about 6 months now. I love living here and am looking for someone to help pay the bills. Last wonter even with it being cold $400 max is all you would have to pay. It is electric heat, but the bill wasn't that bad. I have 2 golden retrievers who are wonderfully.....stupid dogs but are absolute sweethearts. I have full cable/high speed internet (wireless) and have lots of yard space. Also have outdoor fooseball table, patio ste for nice nights, and a small grill. its fun
