Nice and neat fully furnished house. Bedroom is not furnished. All utl. included except phone room is wired for a private line. 3 bdrm is set up as an office/guest room. Hardwood floors through out entire house except bedrooms. A++ condition. Potential roommate must like dogs. :) Other then that I am just am laid back, very busy, talkitive (at times), non judgemental, happy person. I am hoping to find someone respectful, responsible, that has some type of direction in their life. :)
